Fraz-ktf Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 (edited) When I say "Do black wheels work" I don't mean do they spin round, before y'all start  I mean, do they add to the look of the Galaxy or make it look nasty? http://i1149.photobucket.com/albums/o600/JennyTaylia/Car%20Stuff/SilverGalwithBlackWheels_resize_zps659f3cd1.jpg Edited October 3, 2013 by Fraz-ktf Quote
Fraz-ktf Posted October 4, 2013 Author Report Posted October 4, 2013 Or bright new alloy? http://i1149.photobucket.com/albums/o600/JennyTaylia/Car%20Stuff/SilverGalwithalloyWheels2_resize_zps9be106f7.jpg Quote
seatkid Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 Personally, black alloys (on any car) always look from any distance as if the car has standard pressed steel wheels and missing their hub caps. The only exception are some detailed black/alloy colour wheels where the alloy dominates the black - but then again only some Citroen ones catch my eye - all others look naff or like steelies without the hubcap. Simple design alloys are the nicest and will stand the test of time/fashion fads. Quote
viperclive Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 My sentiments exactly, nice set of shiny alloys look much nicer. Quote

Got to agree with Seatkid, black alloys can look good sometimes, but it takes just the right combination to pull it off. Personally I think the bright new alloy suits the Gal better. Quote
RAW700 Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 personally i love black rims on any vehicle. Quote
